This programme provides tablet computers and pre pay phones to older persons who are vulnerable or at risk of becoming homeless.
We can also provide ongoing support to set up email, Telegram and Facebook accounts to enable isolated people to stay in contact with friends, family and care services.
This service is provided with help from the Community Foundation for Ireland and a private donation.
